Joining
To join you must send me a note with
JOINING in the subject line.
Also you need to add our avatar to your journal by typing :iconinvaderzimclub : (minus the space).
You need to add us to watch so you can see journals and things.
Also include please your birthday so that we can add you to the list to celebrate members birthdays. (not req if not comfortable with it)
I will not add you to the list
UNTIL you have added the club to watched, Signed this saying you agree, and have noted me. I do not check main page all that often so I do miss things. If I get asked to join and you have not sent the proper note then I will not add you.
Submissions
No more then 4 submissions per week per member please.
Must be something you have drawn/written. (FanArt is fine)
If it's something you have drawn from someone else please make sure you have their permission and that you give them full credit on your selection before submitting it to the club.
Please send submissions VIA note with
SUBMISSION in the subject line with a link to the piece.
And if you could please tell me where it needs put so I don’t have to look and I can get them up faster.

Contests
Any and all MEMBERS are allowed to participate it the contests.
When submitting a contest piece please send note with
CONTEST in the subject line and send a link to the piece.
Voting
When voting on a contest piece please send note with
VOTING in the subject line.
When Leaving The Club
When you choose to leave the club please note me with
LEAVING in the subject line so I can get you removed. No need to explain why just tell me you’re leaving the club.
Account Name Changes
When you switch accounts and leave the other behind please note me with
ACCOUNT NAME CHANGE in the subject line so that I know to remove the other name and add the new one. If your changing names and don’t wish to remain in the club please follow Rules under the
Leaving section.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about something please send me a note with
COMPLAINT in the subject line and I will get right on it and try to resolve the issue.
Help
If you're needing help with anything please note me with
HELP in the subject line and I will help you out to the best of my ability. It doesn’t have to be DA related. Your welcome to talk to me about anything in your life you may need help with. And if you are more comfortable you may note me on my main account *
SnoDreamer or message me on one of the chat programs I have listed on my page and I will sit and talk with ya. What you say stays between you and me. I will not say a word to anyone else about what you tell me. I'm also a computer geek so I can help with fixing your computer as well/or web design questions.
To contact specific Mod
If you wish to say something to English or I, please note us with either

If for some reason it's something I can take care of and you need a quick response send it to me as I check the page quite often and will get it taken care of. While we do love ya guys we do have better things to do then read threw notes for hours trying to figure out what they are about so please follow the note rules before sending so your not ignored. (Some days I get around 20 notes each time I log in which is a lot to sift through and I do log in here several times a day) ALSO PLEASE PLEASE re-do the subject if you change subject matter in middle say you sent me joining note don’t turn around and reply back to me on that one with the same header but giving me your birthday. Switch the subject line when changing idea/question or what have you to the appropriate one.
Chat Room
You are all welcome to use the chat room. But please remember to be courteous to everyone in there and keep it PG please. That means no swearing and no sexual content period. If you are found to be doing so you will be warned once and only once and then you will be banned and be removed from the club.
Other
Please make sure to check the journal often as I do add new members and stuff without sending out the update to your inboxes. Please make sure you visit members on their birthdays and spam the heck out of em.
And please make sure you visit new members and make them feel welcome. Get to know each other and make this a friendly club.
DONATIONS
We need Donations always for contest prizes and to buy the club a subscription. If you would like to help out with this please send me a note with
DONATION in the subject line and I will get you the paypal info. If you want to get the club the subscription you may do it yourself via the service button.
COMMENTING AND FAVORITES
DO ALL FAV AND COMMENTS ON THE ORGINAL OWNERS PAGE ONLY!!! That way they can see them and can respond. I always provide the link so use it. I will give one and only one warning if you do not do so and then you will be removed.
Birthdays
Please make sure you visit member’s pages on their birthday and send them your wishes. Everyone likes to hear happy birthday wishes. Only those that sent me notes per request will show up so if you didn’t send it you wont see yourself on there. You can still send them in just make sure you put
BIRTHDAY in the subject line.
NEW MEMBERS
Please make sure you make new members feel welcomed. Visit their pages and say hello.
OVERALL
I'm getting tired of repeating myself and you not following the requests I have made. If you don’t I'll just simply remove you. I will only warn you once. Takes all of 2 seconds to do as I have outlined here there’s no reason for it. May think I'm being a twit about this but you need to keep in mind that this is like a business and things need to run smoothly to make everyone’s lives little easier. I don’t think I'm asking too much at all. If you don’t like the rules and don’t want to follow them then pretty much there’s the door use it. I don’t want to dread logging in here to find a mess to sort threw. I'd rather sit and pop out contests left and right and post submissions then have to harp and complain at you guys to do things. You need to make sure you read all the journal updates so you don’t miss things that may be important. I know I tend to add things a lot and if I think they are important enough then I make sure that I send that journal out for you to see. So if you get a journal in your inbox then there’s something new on it somewhere and I try to make it obvious which I added but don’t always so make sure to read threw all it incase I don’t. But I will try hard to mark it with New. And I'll be better at signing my name to things so you know which of us you are talking to so if you say something to one of us and you respond and I respond back your not confused as to which of us your talking to at the time. Things should start settling down here real soon. Don’t stress it too bad. Im working hard at getting everything organized and stuff so I have more time to concentrate on more activities and things for you guys. Just bear with me threw this it will all work out in the end. Spend some time getting to know each other and bonding with each other. I know some may not see you to eye or be interested in the same things as you but don’t mean you can’t learn new things and create a wonderful friendship. You also need to keep all and every personal grudges with each other out of the club.
I have a 0 tolerance for bullshit. And I will boot you with no warning if I hear of it. You will be respectful to fellow members and treat them as you’d like them to treat you. PERIOD.
